Mozilla Thunderbird
To setup a signature in Thunderbird, start by opening Notepad. You can open Notepad by click on Run under your Start Menu and typing in notepad.
Once Notepad is open, setup your signature how you would like it.
Don't forget that your signature must for the RIT Signature Standards.
Once done, save the file to your P: drive.
Open Thunderbird and click on Account Settings under the Tools menu.

Go to your account and check the Attach this signature checkbox. Then click the Choose button and find the file you created using Notepad. This contents of this file will be added to your email as your signature.
