Tech Support Policies & Procedures
  • BML/BCL Guest Access: Procedure for requesting guest access to BML and/or BCL

  • H: Drive Permissions: Send an email to Saunders Technical Support stating your request for changes to the H: drive permissions. Be sure to include usernames and what kind of permissions you would like to have set (i.e. Read Only or Read/Write).

  • Card Swipe Access: Send an email to Saunders Technical Support stating your request for card swipe access. Please do NOT transmit the user's University Identification Number over e-mail. Have the user arrange a meeting with Saunders Technical Support to enter the UID directly into the card swipe system. Be sure to include in your e-mail which doors you want the user to have access to.

  • Saunders Computer Self-Administration Policy
       Fill out this form if you want to have a local admin account on your computer.
       This form requires a signature from the Dean.

  • Saunders Server Self-Administration Policy
       Fill out this form if you want to run a server on a computer you have admin rights over.
       This form requires a signature from the Dean.

  • Student Loaning Policy: Fill out this form if you want to borrow equipment from Tech Support intended to be used by a student.
